About the Project

Body And Soul is the name of the personal project where I combine academic and clinical knowledge with spiritual sensitivity.

I see health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being (WHO), and I believe that creating this state takes transdisciplinary activities that reach into multiple areas of human life: art, culture, philosophy, physical well-being, emotional awareness, subtle body awakening and creativity stimulation.

My mission is to develop and maintain well-being and quality of life through sessions involving natural therapies, mindfulness, and physical and artistic activity, which set participants on the path to self-knowledge, healing and recreation creatively and efficiently.

I believe that any system that depends on vital human energy needs to be nurtured and looked after. Not just to comply with ethical protocols and organisational trends, but also so that each member of staff grows as a human being and heightens their sense of belonging, independence and responsibility towards their work.
