Body And Soul is a personal project where I bring together academic and clinical knowledge with spiritual awareness. My mission is to promote lasting well-being and quality of life through sessions that combine natural therapies, mindfulness, and physical and artistic practices. These experiences are designed to guide each person on a creative and effective path to self-awareness, healing, and inner renewal. I believe that any system reliant on human energy, whether in a company, family, or community, needs care and nurturing. Not just to meet ethical standards or organizational trends, but to help every individual grow, strengthen their sense of belonging, and take responsibility for their own lives with clarity and autonomy.

About Me
Tainá Azevedo holds a degree in Naturology from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and has completed traditional Japanese training in Zen Shiatsu at the Novo Ser Institute in Brazil.
For the past 20 years, she has studied and practiced massage therapy in synergy with techniques from Traditional Chinese and Indian Medicine.
